Recomendo unclassifieds

Ad drafts

Parked. These are ready if we decide to run one.

Recomendo's unclassifieds section runs at $350 for 280 characters plus one link, to 125K+ subscribers who read for recommendations more than purchases — a lot of them are recommenders themselves, passing things on to a business owner they know rather than being one. The direction from the 9/18 call: if this runs, it pitches the mapping — two consultants and their agents coming in to see how a business actually works — not the evaluation underneath it. Each variant below links to https://xray.peterkaminski.ai/?src=recomendo-X, with the letter swapped in so clicks trace back to the variant that drew them.

A — map-forward recommended

Two consultants and their AI agents spend a week with your experts and map how your business actually runs: who knows what, where work gets stuck, what to fix first. You get ~50 priced improvements, top three done. Start with a free X-ray, 10 minutes. —Pete Kaminski

B — bus factor

“Only Dana knows how that works.” Every business has a Dana. I map what's in Dana's head, and the rest of how your business really runs, then fix the three worst leaks before I leave. Two consultants, two AI agents, one week. Free 10-minute X-ray to start. —Pete Kaminski

C — for the recommender

Know a business owner drowning in spreadsheets and one irreplaceable ops person? Send them my free X-ray: a 10-minute form, and back comes a 30-minute read on how their business works and where it leaks. Useful whether or not they ever hire me. —Pete Kaminski

D — the free X-ray, plainly

A free X-ray of your business: 10 minutes on a form, and in two days a 30-minute read on how work probably flows through your company, where it's leaking, and what to look at first. Written by my AI, checked by me. No call required. —Pete Kaminski

E — pilot debrief

Pilot season: for three companies, a full map of how your business runs, ~50 priced improvements, and the top three fixed, free. The price is a frank debrief afterward. Two consultants, their AI agents, a week with your experts. Apply with a free X-ray. —Pete Kaminski

Only valid while the pilot slots are open.

F — deeper and quicker

Deeper and quicker: three hours with your best experts, two consultants asking, two AI agents listening and suggesting the next question. Out comes a map of your business and ~50 priced fixes, with the top three already done. Start with a free X-ray. —Pete Kaminski

G — tools-forward, Recomendo-native

AI can now build real tools for a small business in days, if someone first maps what you need. My partner and I (plus our AI agents) map how your business runs, build the first three fixes, and teach your team to keep going. Free 10-minute X-ray to start. —Pete Kaminski

H — plain one-liner

See how your business actually runs, and what to fix first. A free X-ray from me and my AI: 10 minutes in, a 30-minute read back. —Pete Kaminski

xray.peterkaminski.ai/?src=recomendo-h ·

Which one. A is the recommended lead — it names the mapping directly, keeps the register understated, and gives the X-ray as the easy first step. If we ever buy two issues, C is the second slot: it speaks to the reader as a recommender rather than a buyer, which is closer to how most of Recomendo's audience actually reads it.

Measure it: the ?src=recomendo-X tag carries through the intake form into every X-ray and call that follows, so clicks, X-rays, and calls can be counted back to the exact variant that drew them — not just "the ad."
